Multiplayer gameplay is coordinated into servers upon which several people can play together. Most Servers form clans or groups of players which play mainly on that one server. Admins are players who are elected at first by the founder of the clan but later on along the road are elected by a group of admins through a series of trials. Trials are a series of tests which normally tend to take place between an admin and the trialing player. The upside of playing online is that you gain a new experience varying from that of the singleplayer game and that although it may still sometimes just be running around swinging your saber hoping to hit something you normally tend to have a bit more fun.

The multiplayer version of the game allows the player to join games with other people over the internet. You can select different missions to complete, and upon completing each mission, are able to choose new [[Force Powers]] and upgrade current ones. Late in the game you are also given the choice to turn to the [[Dark Side]] or stay on the [[Light Side]]. Whichever one you choose, you can still use Force Powers from either side. Unlike previous games, you have a [[Lightsaber]] as soon as you start this game, as opposed to aquiring it in later levels like in the other Jedi Knight games. The game features many characters from the Star Wars movies, including Chewbacca, Boba Fett, and none other than Luke Skywalker himself. You will go to famous Star Wars locations such as Coruscant, Tatooine, and Yavin. You will face a variety of enemies, from the infamous Stormtroopers, to the lightsaber wielding Reborn. On the downside, the gameplay leaves a little to be desired. If you are expecting to have twirling, dodging, and parrying lightsaber battles, you may be disappointed. The lightsaber combat is nothing like the movies, there is little parrying, and it is mostly just running around swinging your lightsaber wildly, hoping to land a hit. Still, the game offers a fun Star Wars experience, and a glimpse into the world after the events of the movies.

The single player version of this game puts you in the position of a new jedi in training, after the events of the Star Wars movies. There are 6 main styles of internet gameplay which are: [[FFA]], [[Siege]], [[TFFA]], [[CTF]], [[Duel]] and [[Power Duel]]. Multiplayer gameplay is coordinated into servers upon which several people can play together. Most Servers form clans or groups of players which play mainly on that one server. Admins are players who are elected at first by the founder of the clan but later on along the road are elected by a group of admins through a series of trials. Trials are a series of tests which normally tend to take place between an admin and the trialing player.</ins>

<del style="font-weight: bold; text-decoration: none;">The </del>gameplay leaves a little to be desired.

The gameplay leaves a little to be desired.

You can select different missions to complete, and upon completing each mission, are able to choose new force powers and upgrade current ones. Late in the game you are also given the choice to turn to the dark side or stay on the light side. Whichever one you choose, you can still use force powers from both sides. Unlike in previous games, you have a lightsaber as soon as you start this game, as opposed to aquiring it in later levels like the other Jedi Knight games. The game features many from the Star Wars movies. These inlcude Chewbacca, Jango Fett, and none other than Luke Skywalker. You will go to common Star Wars locations such as Coruscant, Tatooine, and Yavin. You will face a variety of enemies, from the infamous Storm Troopers, to the light-saber wielding reborn. The gameplay leaves a little to be desired. If you are expecting to have twirling, dodging, and parrying light-saber battles, you may be disappointed. The light-saber combat is very dissimilar to the movies, there is very little parrying, it is mostly just running around swinging your saber wildly, hoping to land a hit. Still, the game offers a fun Star Wars experience, and a glimpse into the world after the events of the Star Wars movies.</ins>
