Electro Binoculars are used to magnify distant objects. They are powered by battery cells and drain power at a minimal rate. In Single Player, the primary fire and secondary fire keys zoom the binoculars in and out. In Multiplayer, the binoculars only provide a slight magnification. While the binoculars are good for seeing enemies from far away, weapons cannot be fired while looking through them.
