Etymology

Experts believe that the term mangry is a portmanteau of mangy and angry.

Another group of experts adamantly insist that mangry is in fact a portmanteau of mad and angry, giving it a new level of emotional distress.

Sillier experts have the notion that mangry is a portmanteau of man and angry or mean and angry.
