Staff is a rank in that they have diffrent responsibilities from the students. And the nature of their work really sets what that rank is. Aron was a Deputy, that put him above the Trainers and below the Counsil. It's a matter of definition. But I would call Staff a rank. | |||

JAStaff a rank?
Who's our source for JA Staff not being a rank? When I was a JAK, JA Staff were ranked members. Examples: Orion and Aron.

Staff is a rank in that they have diffrent responsibilities from the students. And the nature of their work really sets what that rank is. Aron was a Deputy, that put him above the Trainers and below the Counsil. It's a matter of definition. But I would call Staff a rank.
