Dante Valmont was considered by many to be one of the best duelers in [[Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast|JK2]]. He created his own fighting style that he named the Kami-Owari style, which he later passed on to [[Jaiko D'Kana]]. While Dante did make the transition to [[Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy|JKA]], he did not enjoy the game as much as he did JK2, and lost his passion for competitive play.
